Security Guard - Weekend Second Shift

About the role

As a Security Guard Patrol Associate in Campbellsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a large technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verify access permissions when required, and document observations, incidents, and/or policy-related issues according to post instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations at a fast-paced location by following post orders, assisting with visitor questions, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Computer literacy is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
