As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, assist visitors and tenants, and communicate professionally with the public. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, including common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and tenant corridors, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate reports and activity logs, documenting incidents, observations, and interactions with shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
