Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and/or vehicle traffic to help to deter unauthorized access and support community rules and property policies.
Observe and document conditions at the location, and communicate maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
