About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location in Honolulu, HI, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points and alarm systems, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism. Use technology to document activities and communicate observations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and property perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests and vendors, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site management.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs accurately while maintaining professional communication with tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Alarm panels
• Lifting up to 20 pounds
• Access control and badge systems
• Customer service
• Using a computer or tablet

Pay

$20.15 / hour

Schedule

• Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
