Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, remaining aware of varying working environments and conditions by site.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
