Job Description

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Associate in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for shoppers and staff. You will handle routine patrols, respond to site needs, and communicate with professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and/or employee movement, and communicate with store leadership or site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Support loss prevention and retail operations by observing for suspicious behavior, documenting incidents, and assisting with policy enforcement in a customer-focused manner.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
