About the role

As a Security Guard Unarmed Mobile Driver in Middletown, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This part-time, driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving position).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Part-time position with flexible scheduling options.
