As a Security Guard Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while demonstrating Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $25.05 / Hour

Schedule

• Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a public transportation and government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, transit-related areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, public disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and required documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
