• Manage and monitor access control points.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail property.
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed.
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports.
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately.

Military or security experience required. Access control experience required. Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols). Strong communication and report-writing skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

Weekly pay. Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours. IronRock pays 50% of the employee-only medical premium. Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Dental & Vision insurance available (company contributes to employee rate). 401(k) available after 1 year of employment. $17.00 - $30.00 hourly.
