As a Security Guard Retail Center in Aurora, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, tenant corridors, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and assist with directing visitors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

DayTime: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
