Security Guard Property Protection Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe and report hazards, suspicious activity, policy violations, and security-related incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal and site personnel.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
