Security Guard Perimeter Patrol Driver

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol professional in a driving post. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant observations and/or actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry as directed by site policies, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support site operations by communicating with staff and visitors, following post orders, and assisting with incident response and/or evacuation procedures when needed.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
