Security Guard - Per Diem/PRN

About the role

The Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Security Guard to join our team at 300 Market Street, Saddle Brook NJ 07663. The position offers a flexible schedule that includes weekday and weekend shifts, with compensation of $19.50 hourly plus shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall security of the facility, protecting patients, employees, and hospital property.
• Enforce hospital safety and security policies.
• Perform required rounds and respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-issued driver's license in good standing.
• One (1) year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospital security or corporate security experience is preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform routine security tasks.
