Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report concerns involving restricted areas, sensitive operations, or property at an aerospace and defense location.
• Support Allied Universal standards by preparing clear reports, relaying important updates during shift activity, and assisting with routine security-related duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years old for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Security-related experience is required.
