Job Description

As a Security Guard Patrol EMT Driver in Ogden, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will support access activity, assist employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service with agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site policies and posted instructions.
• Observe equipment areas, loading and shipping zones, and restricted locations for potential hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, then communicate findings through appropriate reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
