Security Guard Patrol Driver

About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Troy, OH. This part-time unarmed position involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers flexibility through the Claim a Shift platform, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas
• Monitor for unusual activity, report observations, and document incidents in accordance with site-specific procedures
• Control access to designated areas and assist with visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (must have been held for 1+ years)
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Pay

$15.00 / hour

Schedule

Part Time: Tuesday 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
