As a Security Guard Patrol in Sherman, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial settings, providing unarmed patrol services, monitoring, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production‑adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access activity and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, depending on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.75 per hour.

Schedule

• Daytime (overnight shift): 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
