About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel or resort location in Big Bear Lake, CA, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$21.50 / Hour

• Wednesday: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Thursday: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
