Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the industrial facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment.
- Interact professionally with employees and visitors, communicate observations, and respond to security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response protocols.
- Support a professional and orderly environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and reporting maintenance, access control, and security-related concerns.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
