As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hospitality location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to routine concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hospitality and visitor destination.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, guest-accessible spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
