As a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Access Patrol in Reynoldsburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service.
• Communicate clearly with employees and visitors while contributing to a secure, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses required may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
