Pay Rate

$17.72 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support compliance with site protocols for controlled areas and sensitive work environments.
• Support incident response by communicating with employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed, assisting with evacuations, access restrictions, and other post orders during changing conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
