Security Guard Part Time Patrol Driver

About the role

Allied Universal® is seeking a Part‑Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Greendale, WI to serve and safeguard clients in retail and mall locations. The position involves routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees. The role requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history, meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and local regulations.

Pay

$18.21 per hour.

Schedule

Daytime shifts: Wednesday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Thursday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
