Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Help maintain a professional presence throughout the location and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or security-related issues to site management in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
