Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support access control procedures, and document observed concerns.
• Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed regarding security-related matters, customer service needs, and observed incidents.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
