As an Access Control Security Professional in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor access activity, and provide outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and clear communication will help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, restricted areas, business spaces, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding access-related issues, incidents, and policy violations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

• DayTime: Tuesday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM, Wednesday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
