Security Guard Overnight 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for all residents and associates.
• Greet visitors, monitor the building and grounds, and respond to emergencies.
• Log residents and visitors in and out, monitor security, and report abnormalities.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with disaster management.
• Answer the phone, direct calls, take messages, and escort residents and visitors.
• Handle minor maintenance emergencies and ensure the lobby and offices are clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid training.
• A valid driver’s license for positions requiring transportation of residents.

Pay and Schedule

• Base pay in range determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
• Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
