About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence at a premier location. You will manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly with guests and staff, and respond to security-related concerns. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and follow visitor sign-in and credentialing procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional front desk presence while observing activity in the immediate reception area and reporting unusual conditions.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
