Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, lobbies, ATM areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the financial institution.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Licensed by the New York State Department of State.
