Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Visitor Registration in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants and visitors. You will manage access, monitor lobby activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage access procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and/or delivery records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and escalation procedures.
• Aid with tenant inquiries, communications, and administrative front desk duties while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
