As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer lots, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter of a logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity, damaged property, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
