About the role

As a Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Security Guard in Aiea, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, retail spaces, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and property information, and help maintain orderly operations throughout the location.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (C123).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
