Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol

About the role

As a Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Security Guard in Johnstown, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established site procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related issues observed during patrols to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
