About the Role

As a Full Time Cleared Veteran Security Guard in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a secure environment, and support access control activities. Your presence will help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain required entry records, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$21.54 per hour.

• Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
