Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter policy violations.
• Monitor high-traffic areas and support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and/or visitor activity, documenting incidents, and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Assist with closing and opening activities, support orderly foot traffic, and provide a visible security-related presence throughout the location as conditions vary by site.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
