Security Guard - Flex Availability

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Ambassador. The role focuses on building meaningful connections and providing high‑quality customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required).
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer proficiency.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
