About the Role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. This role requires a sharp eye and strong observation skills to monitor security systems, detect suspicious activity, and ensure the safety of individuals and property. The position is located in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, and offers a set schedule with various shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• Active Wisconsin security license (for $250 new-hire incentive)

Schedule

Various full-time shifts available:

• 1st shift: Sunday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• 3rd shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• 2nd shift: Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 3rd shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• 2nd shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

$250 Licensed New-Hire Incentive: Eligible new hires with an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS can earn an additional $250 gross incentive after 180 days of employment in good standing, subject to taxes and withholdings.
