Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Fixed shift: Friday 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (DayTimeFri01:00 PM - 06:00 PM). The role includes a six‑month commitment to an anchor shift, with the ability to claim additional shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security‑related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• At least two years of security‑related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
