Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Daytime shift: Saturday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM. Fixed‑shift “anchor” assignment with a six‑month commitment; additional shifts can be picked up via the Claim‑A‑Shift program.

How This Role Works

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): hired for a designated site and weekly shift as a reliable base schedule.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform, allowing increased earnings and experience across multiple sites.
• Flexible part‑time to full‑time scheduling, up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual conditions or security‑related concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security activities per Allied Universal and site‑specific reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of security‑related experience (e.g., security operations, risk management).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; familiarity with basic software, email, and digital platforms.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
