Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor access points, loading areas, and employee/visitor entry activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and concerns through established channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Document incidents, irregularities, and security-related observations accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
