Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role
