Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements; report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and shift reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
