Pay Rate

$35.70 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and public sector partners when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout stations, platforms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and sensitive areas, observe for unusual behavior or suspicious items, and report security-related concerns according to post orders and location protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate documentation of incidents, patrol activity, and/or observations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, dispatch, and/or authorized personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a law enforcement officer license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing Requirements

• Armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
