DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with post orders and site requirements for controlled areas.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel during emergencies, evacuations, and/or investigations while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication.

Minimum Requirements

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
