As a Security Guard Driver Rover Patrol in Aiea, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. This is a driving post, supporting mobile patrol responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Support access control activities and assist with directions, information, and other general assistance to help maintain an orderly environment.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
