About the role
As a Security Guard College Campus Part Time Patrol in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
- Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
- Possess supervisory experience.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications for this position include a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
