Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, players, and coaches, providing information on facility amenities, field locations, and event schedules.
- Monitor entrances for unauthorized access, enforce park policies, report safety hazards or unlawful activity, and assist with emergency procedures.
- Inspect bags and personal items upon entry, if required.
- Answer questions regarding parking, food/beverage locations, and restroom facilities.
- Keep the entrance, ticket booth, and surrounding area clean and orderly.

- Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with diverse crowds and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address unexpected issues quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and potentially lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends (mandatory), mornings, evenings, and holidays.
