As our Security Guard you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Responsibilities

- Monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and visitors
- Patrol interior and exterior areas (lobbies, hallways, parking lots, stairwells)
- Identify and respond to suspicious activity or potential security threats
- Enforce hotel safety policies and procedures
- Respond quickly to emergencies such as: Medical incidents, Disturbances or disputes between guests, Fire alarms or safety hazards
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire department, or EMS when needed
- De-escalate conflicts using professional communication
- Monitor entry and exit points, especially during overnight hours
- Verify access for employees, vendors, and visitors when required
- Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Relevant certifications or licenses preferred
