Our Team
East Wareham Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, is hiring a Clinic Safety Liaison (Security Guard) for a part-time position. Located in East Wareham, MA, we offer a continuum of care including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units. Our holistic approach includes recovery coaching, community outreach, and partnerships to support comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Hours
- Friday: 6am to 11am
- Saturday: 5:45am to 8:15am
- Sunday: 5:45am to 9:30am
- Monday: 6am to 11am

Responsibilities
- Aids, directs, and monitors all persons entering and leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel
- Interacts with staff and patients professionally
- Maintains the parking area and lobby to prevent loitering or misconduct
- Reports all concerns to the director immediately
- Keeps accurate notes and communicates regarding admissions, visits, and deliveries
- Performs light maintenance tasks such as painting, trash removal, bulb changes, spill cleanup, and repairs
- Conducts regular safety inspections of monitoring devices
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Two years' experience in security, corrections, or military, preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer facing setting preferred
- Comfortable working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment
Compensation
The calculated salary range for the role at East Wareham CTC is $17.23 - $21.54 per hour, which may vary based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
