Security Guard

About the role

Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the buildings and grounds
• Monitor the gatehouse
• Support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
